Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with 6bdt

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 6bdt ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), accessible at 6bdt.club. By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in a promotion, or otherwise accessing any feature of the 6bdt platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using the 6bdt platform immediately and, if you have an existing account, contact our support team at [email protected] to arrange closure of your account.

6bdt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email and by displaying a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of 6bdt following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. The version number and effective date at the top of this document reflect the most current version in force.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 6bdt. By accepting these Terms, you also accept those supplementary policies.

Access to 6bdt is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account:

• You are at least 18 years of age. 18+ 6bdt is a strictly adult platform. Individuals under the age of 18 are absolutely prohibited from registering, depositing, playing, or participating in any promotional activity on the platform.
• You are accessing 6bdt on a voluntary basis as a form of personal entertainment, using funds that are your own and that you can afford to lose.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party. Each account is personal to its registered holder; accounts may not be shared, transferred, or used by anyone other than the registered holder.

Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid email address. You must promptly update your account information if any of these details change. 6bdt is not liable for any issues arising from inaccurate registration information, including failed withdrawals caused by mismatched payment account names.

One Account Per Player

Each individual may hold only one active account on 6bdt at any time. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same identity or using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is a material breach of these Terms. All duplicate accounts, including the original, may be suspended without notice. Any funds held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited in full, and any bonuses claimed across those accounts will be voided.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials. You must not share your password with any other person and must not allow anyone else to access or use your account. 6bdt will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify [email protected] immediately.

Deposit Rules

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the depositing account belongs to someone other than the registered 6bdt account holder — are strictly prohibited. Deposits made from unverified or third-party sources may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

6bdt does not charge a fee for processing deposits. However, your mobile banking provider or bank may apply their own transaction fees, for which 6bdt accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to available balance and any applicable wagering requirements on active bonuses. You must have completed any applicable identity or age verification before a withdrawal can be approved. 6bdt aims to process approved withdrawals promptly — bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically reflected in your wallet within minutes of approval during normal operating hours.

6bdt reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the source of funds for large withdrawals. This is a standard anti-money-laundering (AML) measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the player. Withdrawal requests will not be rejected solely on the basis of a verification request — provided verification documents are submitted promptly and are genuine, withdrawals will be processed as normal.

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds awarded by 6bdt are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (for example, a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means ৳20,000 in qualifying wagers must be completed before withdrawal of that bonus value is permitted). The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus will be clearly stated in that promotion's individual terms at the point of offer.

Eligible Games

Not all games on 6bdt contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager placed. Live casino table games and sports bets may contribute at a different rate, which will be specified in the individual promotion terms. Placing wagers on games not listed as eligible for a specific bonus will not count towards the wagering requirement for that bonus.

Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry period from the date of award. If the applicable wagering requirement has not been met in full before the expiry date, the remaining bonus funds and any winnings generated from them will be removed from the account automatically. Expiry periods vary by promotion and will always be stated clearly in the promotion terms.

Bonus Abuse

6bdt monitors accounts for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once, placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine play intent, coordinating with other players to exploit bonus offers, and using automated tools or bots to place wagers. Any account found engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonus funds and associated winnings voided, and the account may be permanently suspended.

All games available on the 6bdt platform are supplied by independently certified third-party providers. 6bdt does not develop or operate any games itself; instead, we integrate games from providers whose RNG (Random Number Generator) systems have undergone third-party testing and certification to ensure genuinely random and unmanipulated outcomes.

Winnings generated during a round affected by a known malfunction may be voided at 6bdt's discretion. 6bdt is not liable for losses caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's side, power outages, or device failures.

Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting at 6bdt covers cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, Bangladesh Tigers matches), football, kabaddi, and other events as listed on the platform. Bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant governing body. In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or declared void by the governing body, affected bets will be settled as voids and stakes returned. Live in-play bets that have been accepted and confirmed prior to any interruption will be honoured where settlement is possible based on the official result.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 6bdt platform. Any account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may be suspended or permanently closed without prior notice, and any funds or winnings associated with the prohibited activity may be forfeited.

• Fraudulent Activity: Attempting to defraud 6bdt or other players through any means, including but not limited to using stolen payment credentials, engaging in chargebacks on legitimate transactions, or misrepresenting your identity.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including sharing cards, hole information, or game state in live casino or multiplayer game contexts.
• Use of Automated Tools: Deploying bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or interact with the platform in a way that substitutes for genuine human gameplay.
• Money Laundering: Using the 6bdt platform for the purpose of laundering funds obtained through illegal activity. 6bdt is obligated to report suspicious financial activity in accordance with applicable legal requirements and cooperates fully with relevant law enforcement authorities.
• Multiple Account Exploitation: Creating or using multiple accounts to claim bonuses, circumvent account restrictions, or otherwise exploit the platform's systems.
• Hacking and Interference: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to 6bdt's systems, databases, or game servers; attempting to reverse-engineer the platform's code; introducing malware, viruses, or any harmful code to the platform's infrastructure.
• Misuse of Support: Submitting false, misleading, or abusive communications to the 6bdt support team, including fabricating screenshots or transaction records in connection with a dispute.

6bdt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion. The following circumstances may lead to account action:

• Breach of any provision within these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete required age or identity verification within the specified timeframe
• Suspicion of fraudulent, collusive, or money-laundering activity
• Use of the account in a way that 6bdt reasonably believes may be harmful to the platform's integrity or to other players
• A valid self-exclusion request, whether submitted by the player or by an authorised third party acting on their behalf
• Regulatory or legal requirements that necessitate account closure

Voluntary Closure

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any available balance will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Accounts with an active self-exclusion in place will not be reopened during the exclusion period regardless of the reason given for the request.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login, deposit, withdrawal, or gameplay activity for a continuous period of 12 months. 6bdt will notify the registered email address of a dormant account before taking any action. Following notification, if the account remains inactive, 6bdt may apply an administrative maintenance fee to the dormant balance or close the account and return any remaining balance to the last used payment method.

Disputes and Complaints

If you believe your account has been suspended or closed in error, or if you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the 6bdt platform, please contact our support team at [email protected] with full details of your concern. We aim to acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and to provide a full response within 5 business days. All complaints are handled in English and are reviewed impartially by the 6bdt customer support management team.
